"Unity, Community, Change"
This slogan is not just a catchphrase; it's our collective vision for Grady County. It is a promise of harmonious, community-driven, and change we aspire to achieve together.
Through this campaign journey, I have met with many people and asked how we can better serve Grady County. The clerk's office works closely with citizens, Landman, abstractors, and other entities that require exceptional customer service. I will ensure an open-door policy and strive to build relationships while being active in the Grady County community. Team building will be a priority to foster a close working relationship. Professional development and training will be provided to increase our knowledge of the clerk’s office. Together, we can make the Grady County Clerk's office the best in Oklahoma. I want to express my gratitude to all my supporters and I am thankful for the lifelong friendships I have made along this amazing journey.
My name is Neva Ford
Dedicated wife, mother, believer, and public servant! Since 2005, I have been proud to call Bridge Creek my home. As a dedicated local businesswoman, my commitment to serving our community is at the core of everything I do. My journey in the real estate sector began in 2007, and I transitioned into mortgage lending in 2014. Working closely with realtors and builders, I take pride in delivering unparalleled communication and customer service, assisting our clients in navigating the path to homeownership. Together with my husband, I am the proud co-owner of Legacy Steel Buildings. As an Oklahoma native, I have had the honor of serving on the Bridge Creek School Board since 2016, currently serving as the President of the board of education. I am familiar with the challenges faced by school administrators and have been compassionate in helping them, teachers, and students. My dedication to our community, including our law enforcement, first responders, and veterans, is unwavering. My passions extend to sports, the great outdoors, and cherishing moments with my beloved pets, Champ and Scooter. My husband, Kelly, has been my rock since we married in 1991, and together we have raised our remarkable son, Kaleb. Also dear to our hearts is a very special little boy, Kash. We feel truly blessed to have him in our lives. With a wealth of experience in finance, management, and business development, my professional journey has been both rewarding and diverse.
Over the years, I have been fortunate to serve on numerous boards and committees, achieving various accolades and awards for my contributions. My commitment to volunteerism has seen me actively supporting veteran organizations, including the John Daly & Maj Ed Foundation, Operation Freedom Outdoors, Veterans for Life USA, Warriors for Freedom, and 22 Shenanigans. I am also dedicated to serving Oklahoma Outdoor Outreach, an organization for children and adults with disabilities to enjoy the outdoors. I have been actively engaged with the South OKC, Moore, and Newcastle Chamber of Commerce, which has provided me with the opportunity to develop many amazing relationships over the years. I have facilitated and taught Continuing Education for Realtors, as well as many other classes for networking groups and the public. These include classes on First Time Homebuyers, Social Media, Goal Setting, Vision Boards, Credit Repair, Mortgage and Debt Elimination, Home Buying for Veterans, The Energy Bus, and Unleash the Champ, among others. I have also completed many hours of continuing education as a Mortgage Loan Originator and as a School Board of Education member, covering topics such as the Open Meeting Act, Ethics, Finance, Social Media, Goal Setting, and Roberts Rules. I am passionate about organizing community-centric events, such as our Veterans and First Responder Appreciation Event, which we will proudly host for the third year this November, as a testament to our community's gratitude and respect for those who serve.
I would appreciate your vote on June 18th!
